Our client is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team on an on-rolling contract. The Electrical Supervisor will work for a growing company within the Energy (M&E) Division. The Electrical Supervisor must have previous commercial experience and proven supervision experience, working on a variety of M&E projects.

Key Responsibilities for the Electrical Supervisor:

1. Supervising electrical teams and coordinating the daily activities of the electrical team
2. Helping project managers to conduct Health & Safety inspections in work areas
3. Carrying out planned and reactive electrical work on all electrical projects
4. Working with contractors to complete projects on time
5. Writing up and submitting daily activity reports to the project manager
6. Providing technical guidance and support to the DC power teams
7. Coordinating and completing all site audits and all follow-up actions

Skills Required for the Electrical Supervisor:

1. Proven experience in Electrical supervision, ideally in robust M&E projects
2. Strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage business expectations
5. Enjoying a challenge, with excellent interpersonal skills
6. Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement
