Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
Location: Bournemouth, Poole, and Surrounding Areas
Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our team, covering Bournemouth, Poole, and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role, overseeing electrical projects and ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and testing projects.
2. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with current 18th edition regulations and industry standards.
3. Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
4. Provide guidance and support to electricians and apprentices.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
6. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

1. NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
2. Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
3. Testing and inspection certification.
4. Proven experience in a supervisory role.
5. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Full UK driving licence.
