Electrical Supervisor

We are actively looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join a social housing contractor on a permanent basis in Lincolnshire. In return, you will receive hybrid working, career progression, a van, and a fuel card.

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be:

1. Managing a team of electricians completing the works on domestic properties.
2. Checking the operatives' work, conducting toolbox talks, and managing the KPIs in line with the project requirements.
3. Providing training to the operatives where needed.

Experience and qualifications:

1. Supervising experience across an electrical team.
2. Social housing experience.
3. 18th edition.
4. City and Guilds 2391.

In return, as the Electrical Supervisor, you will receive:
