Role: Social housing managing electrical EICRs

My client, a leading nationwide electrical contractor, is currently seeking an experienced electrical supervisor to come on board for their social housing EICR & voids maintenance contracts.

This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering various workstreams including voids, EICR, and remedial contracts. This position is permanent and will come with a van.

Duties:

1. Pre/Post inspections
2. Dealing with test certs
3. Technical help
4. Looking after clients and contractors
5. Health & Safety

Requirements:

1. 18th edition
2. 2391
3. NVQ L3
4. Social housing experience
5. Supervisor experience
6. UK Driving license
