Electrical Supervisor

Currently looking for an electrical supervisor to work on a new build residential porject in the heart of Birmingham!

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the electrical team, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to all health and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating electrical installations, managing on-site electrical work schedules, and liaising with other contractors and project managers to ensure project deadlines are met.

Electrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and supervise a team of electricians on a large-scale residential new build project.

* Ensure all electrical installations are completed to the highest standard, following relevant codes and regulations.

* Monitor progress and performance, ensuring the electrical team adheres to safety procedures and company policies.

* Conduct regular inspections to check the quality and compliance of electrical work.

* Assist in managing material and equipment logistics for the electrical works.

* Report on electrical progress and provide solutions to any issues that arise on-site.

* Collaborate closely with project managers and other contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.

Electrical Supervisor Key Requirements:

* Gold ECS card

* SSSTS / SMSTS

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, with a strong background in managing residential new build projects.

* Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, regulations, and standards.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
