Red Sky Personnel are recruiting on behalf of an established Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Company that, for over twenty-five years has been providing a first-class service to the Construction Industry. They are looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical installations and site operations at Heathrow Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise electrical installations, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Conduct site inspections, and risk assessments, and ensure adherence to health & safety protocols.
• Plan and coordinate work schedules, materials, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 wiring regulations and industry standards.
• Carry out testing, inspections, and certification of electrical installations.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, provide technical guidance and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and site records.
• Ensure all staff and contractors adhere to airport security and airside access requirements.

Requirements:

• 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
• Valid Electrical Site Manager Card
• Ability to obtain an airside pass (must meet security clearance requirements)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and compliance regulations
• Previous experience managing electrical works on construction or infrastructure projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
