I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company in Moorgate, London, at corporate commercial office buildings on behalf of a large property management company. You will carry out PPM's and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and general building maintenance tasks.

My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work in a high-profile corporate head office. Due to the nature of the client, you will be required to pass a security check.

Hours

Continental Shift Days and Nights - 07:00am - 19:00pm / 19:00pm - 07:00am

Requirements

• Apprentice Trained
• Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or Equivalent
• 17th/18th Edition
• HV authorised or Previously HV
• Client Facing
• Commercial Building Maintenance Experience

Package

• Basic Salary of £50,000

Duties

• Electrical and Mechanical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• General building services tasks
• Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
• Three Phase and Single Phase Systems, Building Management Systems & Electrical Monitoring.
• Air Conditioning & Chillers, Pumps, Motors & Variable Speed Drive.
• Working on large blue chip companies' commercial offices
• Working as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
