We are looking for an experienced Electrical Shift Lead (HVAP) to join our team in London. This full-time, on-site role is crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of electrical systems within a mission-critical data center environment. You will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of electrical infrastructure, playing a key role in minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and management of electrical systems within the data center.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Design, plan, and implement electrical systems and power distribution solutions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HVAP regulations, safety standards, and company protocols.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to meet operational objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 3 Electrical (18th Edition) certification required.
  • Strong expertise in high-voltage electrical systems, design, and power generation.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in critical environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
