In this role, you will lead electrical projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance and best practices. Providing technical leadership, mentoring juniors, and collaborating with site teams and suppliers, you'll leverage expertise in process control, AutoCAD, and project management to drive innovation and optimize performance.

The Role:

• Lead projects from feasibility to commissioning, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Manage budgets, supplier selection, and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers

The Person:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in AutoCAD and process control
• Based in Andover
