Electrical Project Engineer - Design background

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Company Bonus + Early Finish Fridays + Training + Progression

Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm and Friday, 8:30am - 2:00pm

Location: Stafford, commutable from Burton-on-Trent, Cannock, Stoke-on-Trent, Tamworth, Walsall, Wolverhampton

Are you an electrical design engineer looking for a role where you will be responsible for the project management, design and development of special purpose equipment for a pioneering manufacturing company in Stafford? This role offers first-class training opportunities and a leadership programme, that will see you progress into senior roles within the business, as well as a company bonus and an early finish on Fridays.

We are looking for an engineer with a background in electrical design, to join their highly skilled and experienced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle from concept through to completion. You will take full responsibility for the design and development of special purpose equipment, whilst project managing and liaising with customers. This is a varied and interesting role, that will give you exposure to working on a number of state-of-the-art projects and the opportunity to work closely with high profile customers.

The Role:

1. Electrical design and development of bespoke equipment
2. Responsible for the full project lifecycle and project management
3. Specialist training and development programme is on offer for all staff to progress technically

The Candidate:

1. Previous experience working in an electrical design role
2. Holds a relevant engineering qualification
3. Experienced using CAD software
4. Lives a commutable distance from Stafford
