New Opportunity - Electrical Project Engineer - £60,000 DOE - Southwest

Piper Maddox are working with a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, specialising in the design, construction, and operation of Solar PV and Wind Turbine systems across the UK. With an in-house team of engineers, planners, and project managers, we deliver comprehensive project development services.

My client is seeking a skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team. This role involves working both from office and on-site nationwide, ensuring the successful delivery and maintenance of renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Carry out high and low voltage installations across multiple projects.
2. Perform planned and reactive maintenance on all sites.
3. Design electrical systems, specify plant, and liaise with subcontracted designers for high voltage design.
4. Analyse site performance and implement improvements.
5. Identify, document, and resolve electrical faults.
6. Prepare designs and reports.
7. Monitor and manage renewable energy assets, including weekend cover on a rota basis.

Essential Requirements:

1. City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent.
2. Level 3 Technical/Vocational Qualification or Diploma.
3. BS7671 18th Edition certification.
4. UK Driving License.
