Electrical Night Shift Engineer

Location: Canary Wharf, East London

Salary: £57,000

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Night Shift Engineer to work for a fantastic client based in East London, offering a generous salary and package benefits including pension schemes of up to 15%, private health and dental care, and more! The building you would be working in is brand new with new equipment. This is a static role, following a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, night shift only.

Responsibilities:

1. PPMs & Reactive maintenance
2. Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
3. Carry out isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements
4. Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations
5. Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods
6. Organising subcontractors
7. Completing logbooks and RAMS Reports
8. Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works
9. Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary

Requirements:

1. Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Electrical Engineering + regulations qualification
2. At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
3. Live in commutable distance to Canary Wharf
4. Work well as part of a team and individually
5. Client facing attitude
6. Experience as a Night Shift Engineer would be desirable

Salary and Package:

£57,000 per annum
