Multi skilled maintenance engineering assessor (Full training provided)

Home based role

£37,000-£38,000 + Home based role + Annual Bonus + Full training provided + Life insurance + Private health care + Free on site parking + 38 days holiday

In this role, you will be working with apprentices to guide them through their apprenticeship. You will act as a coach, mentor, and leader to help them navigate their way through their apprenticeship to become fully qualified time-served engineers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineering role and have an electrical bias. You will be based near Hull, Scunthorpe, or Grimsby and have some experience mentoring or helping team members.

This is a brilliant role for an electrical maintenance engineer to join a leading training provider where you will be a vital cog in the wheel and work with the next generation of engineers.

The role:

1. Monday to Friday 8-4
2. Trainer role
3. Working with apprentices to help them complete their apprenticeship
4. Home based role
5. Full training provided

The person:

1. Candidates can live in a commutable distance to Hull, Scunthorpe, or Grimsby
2. Have a background in manufacturing maintenance engineering
3. Hold electrical qualifications
4. Wants to move into a trainer role
5. Candidates that have had some exposure to training or have coached/mentored candidates are encouraged to apply
