Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Ideally electrically biased

Must have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering as a minimum

Monday - Friday

44 hours

24 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Exciting Opportunity: Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) - Huddersfield

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in electrical engineering to join our dynamic team in Huddersfield. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working as a maintenance engineer within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, PLCs, and automated machinery.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
