Job Description

A growing and innovative engineering business specialising in anaerobic digestion (AD) technology is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Along with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including a fully equipped company van for site work, private healthcare, a pension scheme, ongoing investment and training, and expenses covered for travel overnight stays.

This is a hands-on, field-based role working across a variety of AD plant sites throughout the UK, helping to keep essential systems running safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing as Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
  1. Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and system adjustments on anaerobic digestion plants across the UK
  2. Diagnosing faults using SCADA/PLC systems and field instrumentation
  3. Maintaining, inspecting and testing motors, sensors, panels, alarms and safety systems
  4. Assisting with new installations and plant upgrades
  5. Following safe systems of work and ensure sites are clean, tidy, and compliant
  6. Completing maintenance records and coordinating with in-house teams and clients
