Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Wembley, North West London - Up to £40,000 - Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Wembley, North West London. My client is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a unique commercial estate in Wembley, North West London. The successful candidate will be Electrically biased (C&G) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical site. Working within a team of four engineers on site, he or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £40,000 + overtime, further training, and career progression.

Key Duties
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballasts, Control panel, Power distribution)
- Emergency lighting
- Hydraulics and Pneumatics
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- BMS Systems
- UPS Systems
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 - 16:00
Requirements
- City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Mechanical
- City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
