We're hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading manufacturing company in Romsey!
You'll work in a well-established maintenance team, ensuring smooth plant operations while contributing to continuous improvements in Health & Safety, efficiency, and productivity.

This role would suit someone who is electrically bias, with an 18th Edition qualification and a background in production/ manufacturing or similar.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!
What you'll be doing:
- Planned maintenance & reactive repairs on various production machinery
- Diagnose & rectify electrical faults to minimise downtime
- Conduct electrical installations, servicing, and repairs
- Monitor & report equipment malfunctions
- Log daily progress in the CMMS system
- Work with 3-phase electrical equipment, motors & starters
- Assist in new equipment installation & factory improvements
- Provide electrical support for machine setups & changeovers
- Maintain high compliance with Health & Safety standards
Hours:
Monday-Friday, rotating shifts; 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm
Pay:
£40,500 - £46,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Overtime paid at time ½
Skills/Experience Required:
- Electrical engineering qualifications (Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds - 18th Edition, BTEC, or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills
- Experience with PLC systems (Siemens)
- Ability to read electrical schematics & technical drawings
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
