Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Mayfair, London

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £48,000 Max.

About my client: They are a well-established FM Company in London, specialising in the maintenance of electrical & mechanical systems. With a strong commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they deliver planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Role Description: Invictus are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Mayfair. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance support to electrical systems, including three-phase systems. Additionally, you will assist with mechanical and plumbing systems as required, demonstrating versatility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
  2. Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
  3. Conducting inspections and tests on electrical systems to identify potential issues and hazards.
  4. Assisting with the maintenance of mechanical and plumbing systems when necessary, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to facility management.
  5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and adherence to service level agreements.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably within a Facilities Management environment.
  2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including three-phase systems.
  3. Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field (e.g., City & Guilds 2365, NVQ Level 3).
  4. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair electrical faults effectively.
  5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  6. A proactive approach to maintenance, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
