Position: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Exeter

Salary: £38,000 per annum

Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, company van, fuel card, overtime available

Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for a new challenge within a leading Facilities Management (FM) business?

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious FM client seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician. This role offers a competitive salary, generous benefits, and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine electrical maintenance and repairs.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
  3. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  4. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance.
  5. Collaborate with the FM team to provide excellent service.
Requirements:
  1. Fully qualified electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2360/2330 or equivalent).
  2. Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in the FM sector.
  3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  4. Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  5. Valid UK driving licence.

Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
