Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an FMCG manufacturer based in Consett to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
Salary: £40k

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Key responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include:
- Complete fault finding, planned and preventative maintenance on plant and equipment to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of machinery and equipment.
- Carry out fault finding and problem solving.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related concerns.
Skills and Qualifications of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
- Time served accredited apprentice.
- Worked in an FMCG environment.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
