Yolk Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a growing Manufacturer who have signed a long-term contract to supply into the UKs biggest names. With significant investment in 2024 and future investment in 2025/2026, they are now looking to recruit an additional Electrical Maintenance Engineers to join the team working on a 3 Shift Pattern.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the multiskilled maintenance team with a structured training plan and career advancement in the role of Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

This is what you'll be doing:

1. Working on a 3 shift pattern, reporting into the Engineering manager.
2. Responsible for covering both proactive and reactive maintenance routines on both facilities and production equipment in a timely manner adhering to all Health and safety requirements.
3. Provide Electrical and Mechanical support and knowledge on all lines within the plant.
4. Equipment testing, fault finding and repair.
5. PLC fault finding and repair using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
6. Ensure maximum machine available time at least cost, through effective planned preventative maintenance schedules.
7. Actively strive to ensure that your time is orientated towards achieving machine maintenance hours on planned work.
8. Ensure compliance and work in a safe manner with H&S in mind at all times.
9. Implement a Total Quality Approach across the site.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

You will be a time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a minimum engineering NVQ level 3 qualification and a minimum of 4 years experience working in a Multiskilled position, ideally in a similar FMCG environment.
