Electrical Installer

Our client is looking for an experienced Electrical Installer who will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair on commercial and industrial sites throughout Sunderland.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
2. This includes, but is not limited to, the installation of trays, ladders, conduits, trunking, and various types of cables (SWA, SY, YY, and tri-rated).
3. Travel to local sites in and around the Sunderland area.
4. Liaise with the supervisor to confirm work scope and ensure all necessary tools and materials are available for the task.
5. Work from power, control, and wiring diagrams, as well as layout drawings, to execute installations efficiently and accurately.
6. Deliver projects within agreed timelines, ensuring quality and precision are maintained.
7. Take full responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring all aspects are completed to a high standard.

Personal Specification:

1. Clean UK Driving Licence.
2. ECS/ JIB.
3. 18th Edition.
4. IPAF 3A/ 3B.
5. Electrical Test and Inspection Qualification preferred but not essential.
6. Flexibility to work overtime and weekend work.
