You will be working as part of an established team, who have exceptional facilities in order to enable students to have the very best learning experience which prepares them effectively for the working world.
We are seeking experienced Electricians who want to train the next generation to the very highest standards. In this role, you will educate and inspire students up to Level 3 in Electrical Installations, fostering both their technical skills and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Electrical Installations up to Level 3.
2. Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet industry standards.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
4. Support students in achieving their educational and career objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Level 2 or 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
2. Strong presentation and communication skills.
3. Willingness to work towards a Teaching Qualification (TQ).
4. Must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check including the child barred list.

What’s On Offer:

1. Competitive Salary of up to £45,000 per annum, with inexperienced lecturers offered up to £41,000 - £42,000.
2. Generous Annual Leave: 44 days of annual leave + college closure over Christmas.
3. Access to the Teachers' Pension Scheme with a substantial 28.68% employer contribution.
4. Eligibility to apply for a £6,000 tax-free allowance for the first two years.
