Electrical Foreman - Complex Energy Project!

EarthStream is partnered with an international business who specialise in the construction of cutting-edge energy projects, and are supporting the search for an experienced Electrical Foreman to join an exciting UK project.

The Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of electrical installations on construction sites. You will lead a team of electricians, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project specifications.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or journeyman electrician license is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Experience with a thermal power project.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation techniques, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
