ELECTRICAL FITTER / ELECTRICAL BUILD TECHNICIAN - BRISTOL

Roles: Electrical Fitter / Electrical Build Technician

Location: Bristol

Salary: £Competitive salary plus benefits

ARCA is partnered with a rapidly scaling, high tech business seeking to expand its electrical engineering team by hiring an experienced and enthusiastic Electrical Fitter / Electrical Technician.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a highly productive assembly environment and have a good experience as an Electrical Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high technology business.

Responsibilities:

1. Reading/Interpreting Electrical Drawings and Guidance information
2. Carrying out Electrical Testing on systems
3. Carrying out electrical installation and maintenance to meet customer quality expectations
4. Fault diagnosis and defect rectification
5. Work on a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
6. Work to engineering drawings and technical specifications

Experience Required:

1. Experienced Electrical Technician / Electrical Fitter
2. Have completed an appropriate trade apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
3. Good understanding of safe systems of work including electrical work
4. Take pride in high quality workmanship
5. Good eye for detail
6. Experience working in a highly productive assembly environment
7. Skilled with workshop tools and machinery used in electrical engineering
8. Experience in handling electrical equipment
9. Experience working in a tight team environment
10. Full UK Driving Licence
11. Able to travel
