We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Field Service Engineer working Nationwide for our client based in Burton Upon Trent.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | door to door pay | overtime availability

Salary: £35-40,000 per annum

About the role:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our client's team, working nationwide across the UK. The role involves installing energy-saving devices in walk-in Fridge/Freezers and cellar areas at various customer sites, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out installation, maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and/or electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
• Work independently as part of a wider team to complete jobs on time.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and health and safety regulations.
• Complete all necessary documentation and reports accurately.
• Visit base once a week to stock van.

About you:

• Experience in refrigeration and/or full electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18^th Edition, or equivalent).
• NIC registered (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving license (no more than 6 points).
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in refrigeration systems and/or electrical installations. NIC registration is advantageous but not essential.
