Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Bristol office, and work as part of the largest independent consulting engineering firm of its kind.

As an Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers to develop and deliver coordinated, collaborative, innovative, and technically excellent design solutions that respond to our clients' brief and vision.

The role:

• Work alongside the Project Leader, facing clients and responding to their needs.
• Develop designs and produce reports, specifications, and guidance.
• Oversee testing and commissioning activities.
• Lead electrical services design on large projects and MEP on small to medium-sized projects.
• Manage and prioritise the workload of a project team.
• Contribute to the professional development of individual team members.
• Ensure quality standards and technical accuracy are delivered.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent technical knowledge in Electrical Design Engineering and understanding of Building Services Engineering.
• Previous consultancy experience.
• Ability to lead small to medium-sized projects.
• Appreciation of client needs with the ability to face clients.
• Mentor and supervise junior members of staff.
• Ideally Chartered engineer or working towards.
