Electrical Engineer / Electrical Workshop Engineer / Electrical Service Technician required to join a global hydraulics supplier.
The Successful Electrical Engineer / Electrical Workshop Engineer / Electrical Service Technician will provide electrical installation, wiring service and assembly for bespoke, new build industrial hydraulic systems at the workshop near Torquay.

Role Responsibilities:
Provide electrical installation and wiring service and assembly for bespoke, new build industrial hydraulic systems at the workshop near Torquay.
Electrical work on industrial hydraulic systems including pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, motors, valves, actuators, filtration sensors & more.
Assembling and wiring of control panel suites and boxes and electronic euroracks to agreed specification.
Conducting wiring of hydraulic units in preparation for testing.
Identifying and confirming job specifications from drawings and work instructions.
Providing constructive feedback to the design team on electrical performance of designs, recommending modifications where appropriate.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements:
Proven diagnostic skills on complicated hydraulic systems.
Experience as an Electrical Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Installation Engineer, Hydraulic Engineer, Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, M&E Engineer, Electro Mechanical Engineer or similar.
Good working knowledge of three phase electrics and controls and/or PLC & control systems, control circuits or similar.
Electrical Engineering background in hydraulics/hydraulic related products.
An engineering qualification, offshore certification, 18th edition, C&G 2391 or similar electrical qualifications are advantageous.
