About the Company:
Our company has been employee-owned for 35 years and is a leading manufacturer of films and coatings used in a variety of globally distributed products. Due to team expansion, we are seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct scheduled maintenance to ensure smooth operation of machinery
2. Respond promptly to breakdowns, prioritising workload effectively
3. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
4. Adhere to health & safety protocols and report incidents accurately
5. Provide guidance and support to apprentice engineers during shifts

Experience & Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with coating machinery, rollers, chemical mixers, drives, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics
PLC- Siemens & Allan Bradley

Qualifications:
Apprentice-trained (preferred)
NVQ Level 3, HNC, or HND in Engineering

Shift pattern:

1. Week 1: Monday- Thursday 06:00- 18:00
2. Week 2: Wednesday- Thursday 06:00-18:00, Friday 06:00- 15:00
3. Week 3: Monday- Tuesday 18:00- 06:00, Friday 06:00- 15:00
