The Role:

1. Covering 4 sites, all supermarkets.
2. PPM, servicing and repairs on Electrical and Mechanical Systems across the site including AHUs, Lighting, and HVAC equipment.
3. Support other fabric tasks where required.
4. Keep clients informed of project developments and maintain detailed records of activities.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
6. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and uphold high standards of workmanship.
7. Utilize IT systems to accurately record tasks and project-related information.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
2. Proven experience in facilities management, mobile maintenance, or construction.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in IT systems.
4. Passion for delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe working environment.
