Job description

A fabulous opportunity to join a unique and expanding business as an Electrical/Electronics Engineer.


Excellent benefits including a 37 hour working week - 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am to 4pm Friday (flexi-time is available) and overtime is available at time and a half.


25 days holidays and 8 bank holidays.

We are looking for an experienced Electronics & Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and improve electrical systems and electronic devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and electronic engineering and be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing design projects from initial concept/enquiry through detailed design to manufacturing handover.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop electronic circuits, systems, and devices.
  2. Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to determine the functionality and performance of electronic systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement electrical systems.
  4. Test and troubleshoot electrical and electronic components, systems, and devices.
  5. Perform quality checks to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications.
  6. Create technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in electrical and electronics technology.
  8. Provide technical support to the production and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 yrs experience in electronics and electrical engineering.
  3. Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD/DraftSight and Altium.)
