ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (ROBOTICS)

Dorchester

PERMANENT POSITION

Mon-Thurs 08:30 – 17:00 and Fri 08:30 – 16:00

Salary: Dependent on experience

This is a rare opportunity to join an established company located in Dorchester, Dorset. We are seeking an experienced ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER who ideally has experience with robotics or aerospace sectors. Majority of the time you will be designing, but at times you may be required to assist with fault-finding and identify solutions.

• Proficient in the creation of Electrical Schematics
• Demonstrable ability to create 2D electrical panel layouts
• Able to manage your own time and prioritise tasks based on high-level project milestones and objectives
• Willing and interested in learning new technology
• Knowledge and ability to work to the required standards
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Natural problem-solving abilities
• Willing to get hands-on and stuck in if required

Must hold:

• Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
• Degree/HND/HNC in electrical engineering or equivalent qualifications and/or experience shown within CV
• UK driving licence
