Job description

Role: Electrical Design Engineer

Salary: £42,000- £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise)

Type: Permanent (Hybrid working available)

Location: Near Rainhill


My client designs and manufactures a range of products and they are looking to take on an Electrical Design Engineer / Control Engineer to develop as part of their team, on a permanent basis near Liverpool.


Attributes:
  1. Degree qualification or similar in Electrical Engineering
  2. Previous industry experience working in similar Electrical Design roles within manufacturing
  3. Proficient with using ideally Eplan (although other CAD software will be considered)
  4. Able to work well individually as well as part of a team
  5. Knowledge of pneumatics would be desirable
  6. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities:
  1. Working within the existing engineering team
  2. Designing, developing and testing electrical systems – wiring diagrams, layouts and electrical schematics
  3. Working with Eplan 8
  4. Working in a multi-disciplinary engineering team
  5. Delivering projects on time and within budget
  6. Providing technical support to other colleagues when needed
