Electrical Design Engineer (E-Plan) - Contract (Outside IR35)
Location: Basildon, Essex (On-site)
Contract Length: 12 months
Rate: £45 - £50 per hour (Outside IR35)

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled engineer with expertise in E-Plan to take on a technically challenging role designing electrical control panels for industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electrical schematics and layouts using E-Plan.
2. Create and modify control panel designs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
3. Collaborate with project teams, including mechanical, software, and commissioning engineers.
4. Produce detailed documentation and bills of materials.
5. Provide technical support during manufacturing and testing phases.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer.
2. Strong proficiency with E-Plan software.
3. Experience designing control panels for industrial or automation systems.
4. Able to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
5. Must be able to work full-time on-site in Basildon, Essex.

Contract Details:

1. Outside IR35
2. £45 - £50 per hour
3. 12-month contract
4. Immediate start preferred
