About the Role:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly reputable M&E contractor with over 50 years of industry success. Based in Dartford, this role will involve managing and delivering a range of electrical projects across commercial and residential sectors while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing multiple electrical contracts from pre-construction through to completion.
2. Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Coordinating with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Ensuring health & safety compliance across all sites.
5. Maintaining and developing strong client relationships through regular communication.
6. Managing procurement, variations, and cost control.
7. Resolving technical and contractual issues efficiently.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven background as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the M&E sector.
2. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, regulations, and compliance.
3. Project Management: Experience handling multiple contracts and delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Commercial Awareness: Ability to oversee budgets, procurement, and financial reporting.
5. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
6. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical and contractual challenges.
