Are you an experienced EL/PL Litigation Fee Earner looking for a new challenge within a supportive, growing firm?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established litigation team at a successful niche Legal Practice in Manchester.

You’ll take ownership of your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated EL/PL and RTA files, managing claims from inception to settlement. With a strong focus on quality client care and efficient case progression, you’ll play an important role within a close-knit and highly experienced team.

Who we’re looking for

• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE (Solicitor or CILEx)
• Strong experience in managing EL/PL and RTA caseloads independently
• Confident handling both pre- and post-litigated matters
• Solid litigation experience with the ability to issue proceedings and attend hearings
• Familiar with using Proclaim case management system (desirable)
• Excellent client care, negotiation, and communication skills
