What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading EHV cabling projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery.
Supporting bids and tenders for new and exciting projects.
Managing project mobilisation, scope, budgeting, and planning.
Keeping project controls in check PMP, QA/QC, CPP.
Overseeing risk management, budget tracking, and cash flow.
Producing monthly reports and keeping everything running on time.
Providing leadership and problem-solving when challenges arise.
Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with SHE standards.
Managing key documents like the Programme of Works, Quality Plan, and Risk Register.
Building great relationships with clients, teams, and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For:

Engineering qualification (HND/HNC) or relevant industry experience.
Project management certification (APM or similar).
Solid understanding of engineering principles, CDM regulations, and cabling installation.
SHE qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH).
Experience working with SSEN, NGET, or Distribution Network Operators.
Strong commercial and contractual awareness, especially NEC contracts & permits.
Great leadership and communication skills you can bring people together and get things done!
Willingness to travel and stay away when needed.
Full UK driving licence required.
