Education High Needs SEND Service
Are you an enthusiastic professional, highly skilled in relationship-based practice?
If you have experience in the special education sector and a commitment to facilitating positive outcomes for children and young people, we want to hear from you.
We have an opportunity to join our highly skilled team within the Family Help & High Needs SEND Service, with a focus on driving forward performance improvement and quality of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
As an EHCP Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in navigating the EHCP process, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring comprehensive support for individuals.
Your role will be challenging but immensely rewarding, as our team works on complex cases covering children and young people aged 0-25 years.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, person centred, well organised and have experience of the SEND field and legal framework.
We have two full-time permanent posts to fill. One position is in the West & Breckland Team, based in Kings Lynn and the other is in the City and South Team, based in Norwich. Please indicate in your application which areas you can work in.
