Role: Trainee Pest Control Technician

Location: Cambridgeshire

Salary: £25,400 + Overtime

We are recruiting a Trainee Pest Control Technician to join a well-established company operating in the Cambridgeshire area.

No prior experience is required - full training will be provided, and the company will support you in gaining the necessary industry qualifications.

The Role:

1. Visiting residential and commercial properties to carry out pest control treatments
2. Identifying pest issues and advising customers on solutions
3. Learning how to use specialist equipment and techniques to prevent infestations
4. Keeping accurate records of visits and treatments
5. Working independently and as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

What we're looking for:

1. A full UK driving licence (essential)
2. Over 21 years old (due to insurance requirements)
3. Someone reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn
4. Good communication and problem-solving skills
5. A willingness to work in a variety of environments
6. Must have a stable CV
7. Will pass police checks as some of the contracts are in schools and hospitals
