Embrace Care has an amazing opportunity to manage one home (CQC Supported Living) supporting two individuals and develop the second phase of opening an adjoining annex and second bungalow on the same site. Are you an experienced Care Manager or a Deputy Manager looking to develop your career and based in or able to travel to Chester?

You will be supported by our very own Therapeutic Team, with our very own Trauma Informed model underpinned by PACE, PERMA & PBS.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Foster a safe, inclusive, and a supportive nurturing environment.
2. Lead, support and nurture a Health and Social Care team, inclusive of a Deputy Manager, Team Leader and Support Workers.

What You’ll Need

1. A minimum 1-year experience working as a Care Manager, Deputy Manager or a strong Team Leader looking at stepping up and taking on the responsibility of a deputy manager.
2. Driving Licence.
3. NVQ Level 3/4 in Health and Social Care * Level 5 desirable but not essential.
