Hours: Full Time Office & Field Based - Occasional weekend work, international travel and some overnight stays

Quick Overview of the Role:

The Technical Support Engineer role will be directly responsible to the Technical Director.

The successful applicant will be responsible for management of remote and site-based vibration data analysis within SPM Instrument UK. The Technical support will have the below responsibilities:

  • Vibration data analysis experience (min 2 years)
  • Customer Technical Support
  • Commissioning of both fixed & wireless monitoring systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Integrity, consistency, and accountability
  • Professionalism and teamwork
  • Practical, logical, and good common sense

Skills Required:

  • Computer literate including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Project and management experience
  • Minimum 2 years Condition monitoring analysis experience

Qualifications:

  • A recognised mechanical qualification (Essential)
  • Understanding of electromechanical machinery (Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (Essential)
  • ISO18436 CAT I
