A fantastic Hotel Business Development/ Sales Executive job, paying a salary of up to £35,000 + Bonuses has become available. There are two positions available. One at Hunton Park Hotel, the other at Denham Grove Hotel which are both under the same ownership. This was previously one role split across both hotels, but due to high growth prospects, each hotel will now have a dedicated Sales Executive.
The role is focused on lead generation/ new business for the corporate market. You will work alongside a Sales Office team, passing on the new business to them to maintain moving forwards. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience in proactive sales/ business development/ lead generation, with flexibility available on the specific sector.
This position is responsible for the proactive sales of your assigned Hotel. You will be required to seek and achieve new business sales through lead generation, specifically focusing on corporate business. The use of CRMs will be part of your day to day to maintain and track the progress of targeted clients.
You will work alongside the Head of Sales at Countrywide Hotels who will provide targets for activity, while offering advice and support. You will proactively research and target new clients. The methods used to generate new business will include going out to meet prospective clients face to face, in addition to inviting prospective clients and providing show-arounds of the hotel.
While a lot of your work will be conducted during traditional office hours, it is important you have some flexibility to adapt your working hours as there are likely to be events or meetings that fall on the evenings or weekends at points.
