An established industry player is seeking a Mobile Bank Personal Banker to join their dynamic team in Perth. This role is pivotal in delivering excellent banking services to customers in various locations. You will engage with clients, understand their needs, and assist them with everyday banking tasks while driving a Mobile Bank vehicle. With a strong emphasis on customer service and community engagement, you will receive comprehensive training and support to achieve professional certifications. Join us as a Mobile Bank Personal Banker in Perth
Bringing our services to remote locations, customers will be at the very heart of your role. So you’ll be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. You’ll become a trusted figure in your communities, building relationships with customers in a range of locations and helping with everyday banking needs.
You’ll be driving the Mobile Bank vehicle at least once per month, providing cover when the principal driver is out of the business.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
You’ll need to be over 25 and have held a valid driving licence for 2 years to drive one of our Mobile Branch vehicles. You’ll ideally already have a category C1 license, but if you don't, we'll provide comprehensive training and cover the cost. We’ll also support you in achieving your CPC, which is a key requirement of the role.

You’re joining an incredible network of colleagues who are here for our customers whenever and wherever they need us. You’ll need to be flexible in terms of the shifts you do and the hours you work. Typically you’ll be working Branch opening hours, which will be between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and rotational Saturdays and will include some bank holidays.
