MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Blaydon area.

The Job You'll Do:

1. Working in a busy and clean factory environment.
2. Receiving recipe sheets from managers and organising day.
3. Collecting raw ingredients from stores.
4. Following recipes to weigh and measure ingredients.
5. Operating industrial ovens and monitoring timescales.
6. Following strict health and safety / food hygiene regulations.
7. Keeping all work area and baking area clean and tidy.

About You:

1. Prior experience working as a baker, pastry chef or cake chef.
2. Industrial experience in these settings is preferred.
3. Communication and problem solving skills.
4. The ability to work unsupervised.
5. Attention to detail & Documentation completion.
