They are seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor- Civils to join their Water and Wastewater Infrastructure team. Our client has a multidisciplinary team of experts that spans diverse fields, including civil and structural engineering, water engineering, building services engineering, project management, building surveying, town planning, environmental specialists, and asset management. With a presence in over 400 locations worldwide, they combine the resources of a multibillion-worth company with a client-focused approach.

Your new role: The talented Quantity Surveyor- Civils will join the Water Team in Belfast. Key Responsibilities:

1. Create pricing schedules for data collection
2. Analyse data to establish data points
3. Update existing CAPEX and OPEX models
4. Develop and benchmark reference classes
5. Collect and review indirect cost data

What you'll need to succeed: Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• A solid understanding of engineering principles and a keen interest in water engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Capability to work under the supervision of experienced engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in CAPEX and OPEX.
