Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary VP of Marketing to lead our Web3 marketing efforts and drive growth for our innovative platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of decentralized education and gaming while being part of a high-potential startup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for our Web3 platform
2. Lead brand development and positioning in the competitive Web3 space
3. Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and community management
4. Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure marketing alignment with product roadmap
5. Build and manage relationships with key partners, influencers, and media in the Web3 ecosystem
6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies
7. Manage marketing budget and resources effectively

Required Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in senior leadership roles
2. Proven track record in Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing
3. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader Web3 ecosystem
4. Experience in building and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced startup environments
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills
6. Data-driven approach to marketing with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in gaming or edtech marketing
2. Background in community building and management for Web3 projects
3. Understanding of tokenomics and experience with token-based marketing strategies
