What You'll Be Doing

1. Conduct Factory Production Control batch testing & product audits
2. Carry out PAT testing and ensure compliance with safety regulations
3. Deliver staff training on topics like manual handling & noise awareness
4. Assist in auditing to ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards
5. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
6. Support IT and telephone systems within the company
7. Perform essential checks, including fire alarm testing & emergency lighting

1. Strong IT skills & ability to troubleshoot systems
2. Excellent communication skills - able to work with colleagues at all levels
3. A team player with a keen eye for detail and organisation
4. Someone who follows processes, yet has the confidence to speak up when things don't seem right
5. Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
6. Full training provided - all we need is your enthusiasm & willingness to learn!
