Our client seeks a skilled professional to manage a varied portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, delivering exceptional client service and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing tailored advice to clients on a range of insurance products.
  2. Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business with efficiency and attention to detail.
  3. Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive terms and comprehensive coverage.
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
  5. Addressing client queries and resolving issues professionally and promptly.
  6. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  7. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the firm's growth.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Insurance Account Handler, with a strong understanding of various insurance products.
  2. Experience using Acturis or similar insurance software is highly advantageous.
  3. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  4. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  6. A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  7. Professional qualifications such as Cert CII (or progress towards it) are desirable.
