We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft engaging, intuitive experiences for our users while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive our product forward. What You’ll Do

Design End-to-End User Experiences
Translate high-level product requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that bring our vision to life.

Champion the User Voice
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into how grassroots clubs interact with our platform—and ensure their needs guide our design choices.

Collaborate Across Teams
Work hand-in-hand with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design concepts and ensure seamless implementation.

Craft a Consistent Design System
Develop and maintain a coherent style guide to keep our interface visually appealing, accessible, and brand-consistent.

Prototype & Iterate Rapidly
Build quick mockups to test ideas, gather feedback, and refine features for optimal usability and user delight.

Bring the Brand to Life
Elevate our product’s look and feel with modern, engaging design elements that resonate with the grassroots football community.

Stay Ahead of Trends
Keep tabs on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and design innovations to enhance the user experience.

What We’re Looking For

Relevant Experience
2+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions.

User-Centered Mindset
Ability to empathize with diverse user groups—from club administrators to players—and translate their needs into impactful designs.

Excellent Communication
Skilled at presenting design ideas and rationale clearly to stakeholders, team members, and clients.

Solid Design Tools Mastery
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design/prototyping software.

Iterative Thinker
Comfortable working in an agile environment with rapid design and release cycles.

Bonus Points

Experience designing for sports or community-oriented platforms.
Genuine enthusiasm for football—whether you play, coach, or cheer on your local clubs.
