Title: Freelance Strategic Program Manager

Length: 3 months (rolling every 1/4 – long-term contract)

Client: Online accounting and business services

IR35: Inside IR35 (clients specified to invoice through an Umbrella, not your Limited Company)

Work set-up: Remote (need to be same time-zone as London)

Location: London

Responsibilities:

• Commercially focused
• Support cross-functional teams
• Drive innovation and maximise customer value
• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Drive the successful execution of critical strategic initiatives
• Champion a commercial focus to prioritise program activity
• Ideally have experience in FinTech and/or SaaS, design experience
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into program performance
• Track and analyse key program metrics to measure future opportunities
• Record of managing complex programs and aligning cross-functional teams
• Define, plan, and execute strategic programs with company product roadmap
